Q) It is difficult or impossible to read the text I have typed into a text box, why is this?
A) Some browser 'add ons' such as the Google toolbar change the colour of text boxes to white, where our site is designed to use green boxes. Try disabling your browser add on from the toolbar at the top of your browser.

Q) I have typed in my username and password to enter the site, however I am not able to log in, and I receive no error message, why is this?A) You may not have the required privileges to access that area of this site, and for security reasons we do not specify the exact error. Please have your login ID checked by calling the helpdesk on the number above.

Q) When I click a button such as 'Next' or 'Finish' nothing happens and I am stuck on the same screen as before?A) It is likely that you have provided invalid information, or not provided required information. Check the page for warning messages, usually highlighted in red text. Complete the field correctly and retry.

Q) How much text can be typed into a free text box?A) Usually, up to 1000 characters can be typed into a free text box. Any text over 1000 characters will not be inserted into the database.

Q) Can I print off a copy of my questionnaire?A) You are able to print off a copy of the questionnaire form by using your browsers print button on the top menu. This can be used to fill out the questionnaire on paper prior to entering it on the system, should you find this approach easier.

Q) I have completed my questionnaire, however the system will not allow me to press the 'Finish' button, or I receive an error, why?A) It is likely that you have taken longer than 30 minutes to complete all the questions, resulting in your responses being lost. Please complete the questionnaire in 30 minutes or less to ensure the information is collected successfully. This 30 minute limit is in place for security reasons, and a warning about this limit is placed at the start of all forms

Q) I have logged in successfully, however after a period of time I am asked to log in again?A) For security reasons, your login will expire if you do not use the system for a certain period of time. Providing your login details again will allow you to use the system normally.
